Music is my life, It's the friend that never left me, forever faithful. I usually read your website, I always found interseting wars between FLAC aficionados & WAV aficionados. The 105AU is just Australia's version of the base (non-Darbee) 105.Hello audiophiles of the planet that float on emptiness. You can connect the analogue audio output of the OPPO player to your A/V receiver, audio processor or amplifer to get native DSD audio. The internal DAC (Digital-to-Analogue Converter) inside the OPPO player supports native DSD. If your A/V receiver or audio processor supports native DSD, your OPPO player can send DSD signal over HDMI to the A/V receiver or audio processor. Native DSD output can be obtained in two ways:

Here I have 2 images, the first being the range of the mp3 I own, and the second being the range of the wav I converted the iso SACD into - program is Spek. Is that huge band a weird occurrence? Or is it something that can happen in live recordings of orchestras or spaces? I haven't yet made any proper aural comparisons, but I suspect there will be nothing to show for it. However, upon checking the frequency range of the files, I saw this huge band centered around 40khz stretching the length of the audio. I used iso2dsd to extract the dsd files, and then TASCAM Hi-res editor to convert to pcm lossless wav. This is my first time working with SACD files. Managed to obtain an SACD version, which I suspect someone had compiled from their own own PCM formatted files from foobar - there is a file which refers to such conversion.
